Turn On Firewall, Automatic Update and Virus Checking (u may need to install a anti virus), now see its gone. Or Right click on the empty space on the Start Menu bar >Propertise>Customise>Search "Windows Security Alerts" > Select Always Hide from the drop down menu on the right. Or Open the Security Centre control panel and click "change the way security center Aaerts me" link then uncheck all three boxes. But doing this will disable all warining even its critical problem.

Open the Security Centre control panel and click the "Change the Way Security Center Alerts Me" link then uncheck all three boxes and that should get rid of it.

Go to Control Panel and then Security Center. Turn the Windows Firewall OFF and then click OK.

If youre talking about the Windows Genuine Check constantly coming on, then you will need to install a valid Windows Platform to your computer.
