I am looking to purchase an email mailing list containing a list of people who are looking to sell their home. I am really looking for people who are going to sell their home For Sale By Owner. Any suggestions?

I am already using Yahoo and Google advertising but I would like to send out some emails or mailings to help advertise. Thanks!

try contacting the people at the company 'for sale by owner', seriousy - i think they've been advertising alot lately. sure it may cost more than you'd like but it may represent/target the best group for your needs.
there a ton of companies that specialize in date bases of all kinds but the challenge is to find the one who has the most up to date data and who is somewhat familiar with region or area of interest. and some can provide email addresses - try info list or info usa. it should also be mentioned that email addresses aren't as reliable because they tend to change more often than physical addresses.
lastly, direct mail is an effective way to communicate with potential and existing clients if done carefully and with the proper planning and research. it may cost the same to print and mail to 5000 people/businesses (using variable data and personalization) than purchasing 20,000 unreliable email addresses with spam filters.
lots of factors and opportunity to run the numbers either way - just make sure to have a goal in mind for your rate of response to whatever you send so you can then determine the return on the investment.

Try Act One Lists.
I have used them in the past for mailing lists.
Pretty comprehensive and if you download on line, you get Wholesale pricing.

98% accuracy is very difficult to come by since 1 in 5 people move every year. I had good luck with Martin Worldwide. InfoUsa is cheap but accuracy is poor.
