Unless it's God, I would have to say yes. Who's he talking to? Mama always taught us not to talk to strangers and if he's talking to himself, he's deemed certifiable. If he's out ther with buddies, they are probably hunting and ya know how those hunting stories go...."I swear it was this big!" Yup....sorry hun, but he's wrong!
