Maximize the window, click on X which is at the top right corner and open a new window. The issue should now be resolved.

Open your internet browser, then fully mazimize it. Then HOLD DOWN Ctrl and press the X to exit the browser, this should make it so it will open up at that size for now on.

the reason for this is because your last windows you closed out of was not maximized it has a memory thing. just max.. then close

I always maximize it then close it. Then when I open it again it opens all maximized.

maximise your window from a small window and close it.then , reopen your window.you'll get wat u want.
