That's a very good plan to lose weight. That will help a lot. Eat more in the morning. It's good to have breakfast because it starts up your day and boosts your metabolism. Have small snacks throughout the day. It's better to have lots of small meals than one giant meal. Maybe try eating when you get up then around lunch then around four. Closer to six will help you not be so hungry. Also go to sleep earlier. Then you won't think of food

Drink water. Eat only low or zero calorie food after 6pm. Celery is very low in calories, but be careful it has a lot of sodium, so don't eat a whole 'bunch'
Flavored, un-sweetened waters.
Sometimes weight loss can be aided by checking not on what you eat, but what is eating you. Consider resolving things that irritate you or upset you. Exercise can lower stress

What time do you usually go to bed? A good rule to follow is to stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. If your going to bed at 10:00pm....I would suggest having your last meal at 6pm and if you can't hold out snack on something healthy like fruits or vegetables. They contain hardly any calories and veggies like celery or fruit like grapefruit actually take more calories to digest than they contain. You body is basically burning calories by eating them.

Change your lifestyle. You drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning.

eat small meals throught the day. Go to bed early, thinking about the warm meal that waits for you in the morning. You can eat it guilt free knowing you haven't eaten snice 6pm. Good Luck
