The liver secretes bile via the common bile duct and the gall bladder plays a role in this secretion as well. Bile is secreted into the duodenum I believe (upper part of the small intestine), it serves to aid in the digestion of fats. The pancreas secretes bicarbonate to act as a buffer against the acidic chyme that is exiting the stomach. It also releases insulin to lower blood glucose levels after such a large influx of glucose has been absorbed from the stomach. Pancreatic juices also help in the breakdown of proteins in the small intestine I believe.
In the rectum (bottom part of the colon), the food sits while anaerobic bacteria like E.coli try to digest some of the food which we cannot digest, like cellulose found in plant material. Products of their anaerobic respiration includes methane which makes us gassy and why it smells.

pancreas,liver,gall bladder r the organs which secrete digestive juices but dont actually ever contain food.pancreas secrete pancreatic juice containing trypsin,pancreatic amylase,carboxypeptidase,chymotrypsin.liver though does not contain any food but glycogen may be stored into it.and finally bile duct,as the name suggests release bile juice.
