probability of choosing a red ball = 4/7
probability of choosing a non-red 5 ball = 1/7
probability of choosing a red or 5 ball = 4/7 + 1/7 = 5/7

7] refer to #6 find the probability of choosing a blue or 4 ball [1/3 or 5/9 or 4/7 or 5/7?

probability of choosing a blue ball = 3/7
probability of choosing a non-blue 4 ball = 1/7
probability of choosing a blue or 4 ball = 3/7 + 1/7 = 4/7

8] 1,4,5,8 are white; find the probability of spinning white or 8 [1/8 or 3/8 or 1/2 or 5/8? and [9] refer to #8; find the probability of spinning black or an even number [2,3,6,7 are black which is correct 1/4 or 1/2 or 3/4 or 1? thanks alot
