Mouth --> Esophagus --> Stomach --> The Small Intestines --> Large Intestine (colon) --> Rectum --> Anus

Other organs are involved in digestion by releasing various chemicals into these pathways, but food only travels through these structures.

This is an interesting question. The best, and most technical answer, is NONE. The mouth and anus are collectively a unitary tube, making its way through the body. Developmentally, this is called a coelom. When we are formed from sperm and egg, we deleveop to form a blastocyst, which differentiates to form mesoderm, endoderm and ectoderm. Think of your skin as ectoderm, meaning "outside" the body. Now, if you started on your cheek, and without lifting your finger, traced an imaginary line across your face, into your mouth, down your throat, through your esophagus, stomach, small intestine, etc, until you emerged at your anus. You never would have lifted your finger, right? So, technically, the coelom is like pushing your finger into a partially inflated baloon. Your finger may be "in" the baloon, surrounded by it, but is never, in fact, INSIDE the baloon. So, your food is never passing through your body, or any organ, it is merely traversing a tunnel, which happens to lined with your mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, colon, rectum and out to the outside world. In case you are wondering, this is sometimes referred to as the coelomic paradox.

What exactly do you mean by "pass through?" Food you eat goes through the stomach and intestines if it doesn't get digested. If it gets digested the nutrients go through stomach or intestines to the blood stream.
