you should. dont go over spf 30, it'll wreck your skin because it's too strong. if you dont, constant exposure to the sun will have effects when you get old and you get brown spots! you don't want that!

On the other hand, I don't get sun burned that easily any more, so it's not such a big deal for me. All that stuff about the sun rays ruining your eye sight is so over rated. What? I go outside for long periods of time in the shade. Do I have to wear sunscreen then? A lot of these people are just saying what they hear on TV. You can keep on wearing sunscreen, but don't get paranoid about it.
