Try using conceler, like one that helps treat pimples. And there's also talc powder you can buy that helps soak up excess oil. There are also compacts you can buy to help with this, like Cover Girl in the silver compact.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I agree that you should try Neutrogena. It won't help heal your acne but it won't make it any worse. The Clean Tint has salicylic acid, however that only works within a certain pH range and I'm not sure what the pH of that foundation is. Healthy Skin Enhancer is very good and what I would recommend.

Go to the drugstore and check out Neutrogena's line of makeup. They have a few lines of foundation and powder that actually TREAT acne. Isn't that cool? They also have lots of pretty hypo-allergenic lip and eye makeup in really pretty colors. Check it out!!

i used to have the same exact problem, but im a year younger than u.
first, just wash your face and get it clean. second, put on a concealor, i agree w/ neutragena, it has salysilic (i dont know how to spell it, sorry) acid in it and it will help treat the acne while it's on. third put on a light powder, this will set the concealor so it won't come off.
