Well, I have to say in looks? I would have to vote for Goofy, those teeth! Couldn't we get Condi some dental work? She looks like she could eat corn off the cob through a picket fence! How about this, no caps, but try some of those gradual invisible type of braces for her teeth? She is a poster child for the real need for adult orhodonture! Not as bad as Billy Bob teeth or Austin Powers, but if I was her, I would sure try to straighten out my smile if I was going to be on camera all of the time, (sorry Condi).
Another thought occurred to me, how are these people who make their own women wear head covers and burkas and routinely debase and abuse women, really dealing with Condi? I know this is going to sound anti-fem, but in this case could a male be more effective, possibly? Just a thought.
