Seeing as they don't spend more than five minutes at a time in their megazords, one would think they have the foresight to "go" before they fight, or at least hold it in until the megazord wipes the floor with the giant monster.
The exceptions I could think of would be the Astro Megaship and the SPD Headquarters, which in their non-Zord modes need restrooms for the people who have to spend a long time inhabiting them.
