Alcohol. Tilt your head a put a few drops of rubbing alcohol in the ear with water in it. Wait a minute and then tile your head the other direction so the water can drain. You should have immediate results.

I have two ideas:
1. Alcohol... put a little rubbing alcohol in. It'll probably sting a little, but it should also get rid of the water. You have to leave it in for 30-60 sec, so tough it out.
2. Tissue... twist the end of a tissue so that it is very long but thin. Insert it GENTLY into your ear and keep going until you hit something that blocks it. The tissue should soak up (absorb) at least some of the water.

P.S. They also sell water-removing eardrops. If this happens frequently to you, then I'd invest in something commercially made.

Take a breath, pinch your nose closed, close your mouth, tilt your head and puff gently causing pressure which will release the water. Do the same for the other ear.
