The garage door is almost 20 yrs old and the bottom panel is rotted out and has been painted over many times. I didn't know if replacement panels were available anywhere. It may be cheeper to just replace it with the newer no maintanance doors. Thanks to all who replied....

THIS IS NOT A DIY JOB! The springs that help you open and close the door are under a lot of tension. Many have been seriously injured. Yes a professional should be able to replace damaged panels. It should take a few hours labor, material costs depend entirely on the style, and availability of your existing door.

garage door panels can be replaced but it takes lots of time. If the panel requires you removing the spring, then it's better in the long run to get someone else to do it. The re=tensioning is critical to having the door work properly. Good Luck

Yes there are alot of companys who make panels seperate or the whole door, you can get panels that match pretty good. Sometimes They will come out and measure and see what you need and then install everthing.

Yes it can. Look on the garage door to see if there is a name of Mfg. on it and if so call to find out what one would cost.

yes they can,
but easier to replace hole door, theirs so many kinds and if the panels are made ,cut,molded,thickness, are all so different.
