It should take a few hours labor, material costs depend entirely on the style, and availability of your existing door.

garage door panels can be replaced but it takes lots of time. If the panel requires you removing the spring, then it's better in the long run to get someone else to do it. The re=tensioning is critical to having the door work properly. Good Luck

Yes there are alot of companys who make panels seperate or the whole door, you can get panels that match pretty good. Sometimes They will come out and measure and see what you need and then install everthing.

yes they can,
but easier to replace hole door, theirs so many kinds and if the panels are made ,cut,molded,thickness, are all so different.
