The Tigers are showing effective signs and indicators...at the same time as the Twins, White Sox, even KC aren't any further going to discern in the dept race. The positives, the pitching, the tremendous hitting of Victor Martinez, who may also play as a catcher in certain situations. The bullpen has appeared solid presently. The negatives...Jackson is truly having situation on the plate..the intense strikeouts and espresso OBP proceed to plague him. Ordonez has declined over 2-3 seasons and seems unlikely to hit with ability back. i latterly picked the Indians to win the div, in a 2 crew race. it really is the way I see it now.

The tigers are definitely the real deal this year. As for the game today, though, the twins could put up a fight, they have really turned it on in July. Their first problem in about 6 weeks is this series here with Detroit.

Bonderman's solid, starting for them. Santana's amazing, though, and at home. I've gotta give the edge to Minnesota. Still, even if that happens, great weekend for Detroit, going on the road and taking two of three.
