whenever i look at my younger sister, i get turned on. i can't help it when she puts on short skirts and skimpy tops. as long as my eyes look at any uncovered part of her body, am like, wow she's so lovely and i just find my self getting a hard-on. worst of all, i can't bring myself to tell her. what do you think I should do.

Don't tell her or your parents. Try to find a way to avoid her and find yourself another girl friend. If you act on this it could ruin your life and hers.

You don't strick me to be that old. I would guess in your early teens...I'm guessing you just discovered your own sexuality and how girls fit into that picture....If that is the case, then I wouldn't worry too much. It is a pure hormonial reaction....
If you are older or it only happens when you look at your sister and not other girls......then...... I would be worried, that seems a little unhealthy.
But in any case, I don't think you should tell her. It is not her issue, it is yours...

its your teenage hormones at work... i wouldnt tell her that would just open up a big can of worms that your parents probably dont need... just learn to control yourself around her and go into the locked bathroom or your bedroom and take care of yourself.

she is probably wearing that clothing because of the hot weather.
it's not her fault that you have sexual needs.
