my friends and i are looking for a good movie to see today. have you seen "the devil wears prada", "monster house", "john tucker must die", or "the break-up"? or any other new movies... if you have than could you tell me how they were?

i would not recommend the break up...i figured since people i loved would be in it it was going to be good...well, it wasnt up there where i thought it would be. i think i actually laughed three times throughout the movie. yeah, its cute and whatnot, but not laugh out loud funny. if youre going out with a bunch of girls i would go see the devil wears prada, ive heard lots of good things about it from other girls. john tucker must die is going to be more of a teen movie i think, it reminds me of every movie i saw 5 years ago.
im personally waiting til next weekend to see taladaga nights with will ferrel...i freakin love him and if its the creators of anchorman and 40 year old virgin, its bound to be good.

I really enjoyed "The Devil Wears Prada"...in fact, I enjoyed it more than the book. Meryl Streep & Anne Hathaway were great. In fact, there's been a lot of buzz abt them being nominated for the Oscars.
Also, per Meryl's suggestion, they auctioned off all of the designer clothes and gave the proceeds to hurricane Katrina victims.
I haven't seen the others, but I heard The Breakup was pretty good.

Haven't seen any of those, but here are some dvd's to rent, Pay it Forward - The Worlds Fastest Indian - Fly Away Home - Hidalgo - October Sky - Patch Adams. All are the best and all are true stories.

GO SEE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 2....its a great movie!!!!!!
and then other than that, go see "john tucker must die"...that is also good
