Wash your face in the morning and at night with a mild cleanser. Throughout the day, get a wet towel and wipe your nose off...its caused by oil bulidup in that area. I have a really oily nose too. Don't use anything too harsh or it will harm your skin there because it is so sensitive. Hope this helps.

I have that exact same problem!! so what i do is...i use noexema every night....scrub or clean around your nose area and that should help that problem!! but you have be consistent on how often you clean it!
