My ipod nano isn't working. Everytime I try to charge it or turn it on a message comes up saying "www.apple.com/support/ipod" and it turns black and white and a little folder is on there. When I plug it into the computer it turns black and white and my computer says it can't read my files. What should I do?

dont try and fix it yourself. go to apple.com and go to the support section, usually there are FAQs on there that will help you find an answer and if there isnt one you can contact them and they will help. if there is no solution to this then they will replace it if it hasnt been a year since you bought it. but do not try and do anything drastic to it because if they find that you have tried to fix it yourself it voids the warranty.

if u live in canada u can call 1800-MY-APPLE i phoned it and then it gave me a phone number to some trained technicians and they told me to try a couple of things which i did and it did not work so then they told me to go to depot.info.apple.com/ipod and they told me to fill out the replacement form ....unfortunately there was a glitch so they just sent me a shipping box and had a letter and junk and put my ipod nano into the box and shipped it off then a week later i got it back and it was fixed .ORif u live in the states go to the nearest apple store or try to phone the apple helpline.

Go to the Apple store (if you live near one) and they'll fix it for free if you have a warranty, or youll have to pay for the repairs. If not, I think you can send it in to Apple and they can service it that way.
