haggis? Foie gras? Head cheese?
Did you like it?
And why on earth is it called head 'cheese', when it's meat?

(HAHA! My partner & I had this rather odd conversation over breakfast this AM....)

Foie gras is pate - goose liver pate and is popular in France - It's good. Head cheese is prepared in the head of a hog.
