first you need to learn how to do a handstand properly. do them against a wall. kick up (and try not to break anything) and just lean against the wall. do this for as long as you can (with good form) then try and add on to your time and time goes one. after a while, use the wall but put your hands about a foot from it. kick off the wall a little bit and try to balance it by yourself. (the wall will catch you if you fall over..then just kick off of it again). then do them on the floor. remember, balancing a handstand is done by the finger..squeeze the ground if you have overkicked..usually its easy to balance than if you have not kicked up hard enough. when you get good at these, youll be able to walk with no problem! good luck!

Put your hands on the floor, fingers pointing inward toward each other. Next place your feet directly on top of each hand, and step down. Congratulations! You have walked on your hands! Wasn't that easy?

If you can do a handstand then you are on your way.
Try cartwheels first.
As you prepare to do a cartwheel don't go completely over. This takes balancing and effort and lots of practice.
You can also try using a wall.
A friend can assist you by holding your legs steady as you prepare to proceed in your "best hand forward."
Practice, practice, practice.
