My Internet Connection..?

seems slow. i connect via 2400 baud modem to my provider, and it seems like my connection is slower every month. Is £39 per month a good price, even though my speed fluctuates?

it is a 2400 baud modem, on dial up.

It sounds like a reduction in your bandwidth. Call your ISP and question them about the slowdown as you are paying for a certain amount. You should not be fluctuating at all.

Of course it is slow. Read what you just wrote, 2400 baud modem. I haven't had one of those since 1992.
