is it true that you make more money if you work later than 6:00 at night or earlier than 6:00 in the morning? i have heard you make more money because these are less desirable hours.

depends on the company you work for.
If you worked all day and then work hours into the evening then you should be getting more pay. Some companies pay an extra dollar per hour if you come from (drive in from) another county. Some pay a little more if you come in to work just the evening shift (because it's a short shift). Some people call you out to work on weekends (if so you need to work 4 hours at least and a good hourly wage to make it worth your while). So the answer to your question is "no, not always". Actually, evening hours are to some people the most desirable hours because it's quiet and cool.

Certain jobs, have a "shift differential" for working evenings or nights. It really depends on the work and the employer.

Yes, alot of 24 hr job/career fields do offer this extra hourly wage.

yep thats true! unsocial hours. my b/f works nightshift, and earns about an extra £200 a month for it.

YES I HEART THE SAME BECAUSE PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO WORK THOSE HOURS AND PEOPLE THAT TAKE THOSE HOURS GET PAID DOUBLE BECAUSE IT IS NIGHT SHIFT
