the arrow coming out of the top is a male symbol and the cross at the bottom is the female symbol...i think in that particular picture it means equality for men and women

Looking at the sticker you posted. It represents the male and female but the whole sticker also represents the religions as well.
You can see the ying & yang the buddist use, the muslim moon, the cross, the star of david, etc.....
It also has the physcadalic peace sign and the sign really says " Coexist". Whoever made it is saying all people of all religions to coexist. Get it.

A cross on the bottom with a circle on top means "female" or something about "Venus." A circle with an arrow out of the top means "male" or "Mars."
