I do not believe he'd be helping Iran, but he would be helping Hamas. Saddam's "sect" did not like Iran and visa a versa - remember they went to war against each other in the 80's. It was ugly.
Though he no doubt would consider helping out NK. I don't think he'd help Hezzbolah though due to their ties to Iran.
Its almost August and I think he'd be invited to one of his sons homes to watch dissidents get tossed into the swimming pool they filled with acid.

Your brave President as you put it, I don't agree, has caused more death and destruction in 3 years than Sadaam did in 30 plus years of leadership. If you consider a 100 people a day are being killed in Iraq, it is easy to work out that he has surpassed even the tyrannical leaders head count. So think again fella. Facts, but I am sure you don't like that eh???????
Netjr.. where you differ from most people who claim to be Bush supporters is that you are informed and base your arguments on fact. Can't you convince the others to do the same?
Questioner, Insults insults, deal with the facts. Counter my assertion. go on see If you can? Show this forum that you are not just spouting. Show us how clever you are. Show me that dogma and bigotry is not what you are about. Go on..

Keeping his diverse nation under dictatorship so there would be no civil war. Keeping cowards like bush upset, because he wanted to send our troops over to stir things up rather than being brave and undermining him from within. Certainly Iran and North Korea would not be a emboldened and Iraq would not be the new terrorist haven. Lets be real, if your neighbor was illegally taken over, then they started bringing in arms and building a stronghold you would do what it takes to defend yourself right. Lets everyone be a real patriot and not gust talk tough, ACT TOUGH and realize who the "terrorists" are and SPEAK OUT!

Probably business as usual before we stepped in. As someone pointed out, he was no friend to Iran but wuld probably be backing Hezbollah.
Surprising as it may seem, there are lots of other dictators out there who are just as bad as Saddam was to their own people. When are we taking out those leaders?........*crickets*...... oh yeah, they don't have oil in those countires do they?
Saddam had no WMDs to "polish" cause we destroyed any he had in the first Gulf War. And all he was interested in after 1991 was his own well-being, ruling by fear, and building more palaces.

''What do you think Sadham Hussein would be doing right now, if our brave President didn't invade Iraq?''
When sadam hussein stopped listening to the u.s thats when they wanted him out, otherwise if he carried on killing his own people with certain u.s aquired weapons i guess your leaders would have been happy...

You are right about Saddam. He was bad news but I wouldn't call Bush brave either. You are too smart for that too, right ;)
