Go to the park. Take a picnic lunch and big blanket. Take a ball for the oldest 2 to kick around or something else they might like to do. The baby can play on the blanket with some toys or take a nap.

Get everyone in the car, go to the nearest fast food, sandwich...etc, load a picnic basket, take the husband a nice cool beverage, head to the park and go bananas!!!!!
When they are all tired, come home put them to bed and you and your man set it off in the bedroom......OH !!! It's a beautiful thang...

Being that you didn't say where you folks live, I will assume in the Mojave Desert. Which in this case I have zero suggestions.

Get a babysitter for the kids, get a motel room for you and your hubby and try and make a 4th child, that'll cure his boredom for sure and hopefully yours too.
