What are the laws regarding the use of predictive,automated or computerized dialing (telemarketing) in Colo?

Is it legal to have an inbound call center in Colorado that generates the calls from an autodialer? What if the autodialer is located in another state?

If you stick to the FEDERAL no call list you are OK.

If you call someone on that list you could get fined.

i was a telemarketer in ohio where the computer automatically dialed the calles for me....it was alloud to call anywhere in the US between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm (in that states time zone)....so its prolly no different in colorado
