He may not be doing what turns you on. You need to experiment a little; maybe you need more touching elsewhere or to go faster/slower. Just the guy "doing his thing" doesn't do it for a lot of women; he may need to be more attentive to you.

Nothing wrong with you. Don't change partners if you really care about him. Read a book about sex and how to get more from it. If you're afraid or embarrassed to speak with him about it, then learn a little on your own so that you can increase your own chances of pleasure and not risk his hurt feelings. Lots of guys just don't "get" it that women may need more than just intercourse. Orgasm isn't always easily achieved that way. You might require manual stimulation, which is fine and in no way abnormal.

many women have that problem.
it can be caused by inexperience. you don't know what you should be feeling so you don't enjoy it.
and it can be caused by uncertainty about why you are having sex
as well, some guys have poor technique.
if your relationship with him is not really important to you there may be some advantage in changing partners. some women keep trying men until they find a good one.
alternatively, you could practise giving yourself an orgasm and use that to guide the guy in how to pleasure you.

Not all women climax during sex (intercourse) because the stimulation isn't exactly in the right place ;) There's nothing wrong with you and you probably don't need to change partners, though you may want to have him stimulate you to climax in other ways first.
