The above mentioned religions actually agree that Judaism was true at one time but no longer God's will (even though God specifically writes in the bible that this is the way forever). True. It would be unwise to argue that they are improved versions after all, the modification of God's will was done through varification of a single individual such as Muhammad in Islam. Besides illogical for any religion, since one man's word is hard to be trusted, this would never be done in Judaism where the whole nation was addressed by God at Sinai. This is compelling evidence that claims of change are inherently false.
Some say Judaism became corrupted. Besides being untrue, this would have nothing to do with not keeping Judaism. God either did or didn't change his mind. If he didn't and Jewish leader were corrupted at the time then there still would be no reason to act differently. Again, they were not corruped, anyhow.
The source of the rivalry is biblical. Indeed the events and horrors Jewish history has and still sees was spoken of years ago. None of this is a surprise.
Like any good family, the Patriachial families did not always get along. Christianity is tied to Rome, traditionally held to be descendants of Esau. Christians have slaughtered Jews for centuries. This is the true source of anti-semitism.
Islam was so bad to the Jews for most of the past thousand and what not years but there were some rough times.
Contrary to both religions claims, the Jews never oppressed nor murdered either. Blood libels are inherently false, Jews can't eat blood, nor would it taste very good on Passover with Matza as was claimed. At least they could have made up that it was the wine? Radical Islam today claims documents exist that the Jews murdered Arabs over the years. The document varifiers have yet to have read a thing about the holocaust though so are still in denial. The Jews never even faught back until recent times.
The real rivalry real with Arabs and Islam have only erupted in recent times, as predicted by various sages (e.g. Nachmanedies). This goes back to difficult with Ishmael and his mother with Isaac and Sarah.
Why the Jews is an age old question? How could the world be so blind is a more compeling question to me. I have still been unable to figure this one out.

I don't know about Islam, but Christianity was a rebellion against Judaism.....Many Jews and non Jews at the time, were looking for truth, because they were tired of the Jewish leader's corruption.

Maybe one reason why everyon'e ganging up on you is that your leaders are so agressive and target civilians indiscriminately?
And about religion: gee thanks! We would have been better off w/o Christianity, Islam and even This-bit-of-rocky-desert-is - ours-because-God-said-so-and - we-will-blast-you-to-hell Judaism all fighting against each other

There is one good and all the religions comes under the name of the same good, and are from one source.
We must be lovers of light no matter from what lamp is appears. We must be lovers of the rose no matter in what garden it blooms. We must be seekers of truth no matter from what source it comes. Attachment to one lamp can prevent us from appreciating the light when it shines from in another....We must abandon prejudice and outmoded traditions if we are to succeed in finding the truth....if we understand this , we will able to see that the Divine light of Truth shone in all the Manifestations of God-in Krishna, Moses,Zoroaster,Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad, the Bab, and Baha'ullah.
