head of "phones 4u" store offered me a "good deal" adding 1gb memory card, then after i signed a contract he "found out" there r only 512mb cards on stock. i said i want 1gb which we agreed, so he promised it will be waiting for me next day. next day i was said i should come next day,

what should i do ? is there any organisation i should report this to?

Don't you have "City Consumer Forum" which protects rights of the consumer and stand against such practices you mentioned in your problem? We have here similar facility and we always take free legal assistance from them and get what we lost in the bargain. Hope you too have similar platform...if not, then all you have to do is to register legal complaint....But before doing that let the store proprietor know that you're going to register complaints against them....Hope they will come to their senses in right manner.
