how do I find out who else has bought junk from dell, and how do we file a class action suit.

I agree Dell sells junk, which is the very reason that I don't buy Dell computers.

don't bother. Just have dell replace the computer.
Somewhere between 3 and 7 percent of all electronics fail out of the box. No company has ever made a 100% success rate.

I had a motherboard go out on my Dell too. Had to send it back for repair but they do it pretty quick. Only took a week.
