Open them with a program like MsPaint .....go to "save as" and from the drop down menu at the bottom below the space where you can name it whatever you want, choose the file....but jpg and jpeg are almost the same.

Easy....just right click on the file name in Windows Explorer, choose "rename", and get rid of the "e" in the file extension, which will make it a .jpg file.
