well just tell him straight up u never know of he feels teh same way about you. but to tell u something u might wannna wach it for a lil bit cause like when u tell your friend u liek them sometimes they feel awkward caus ethey only like you as a friend. that happened to me. so just b careful on wut your going to do. im just tellin you what might happen. but if u want to tell him tell him staright up.
