In my area a gallon cost about $0.25.
11,000 liters = 2,906 gallons x ($0.25/gal) = $726
Call your local water supply and ask the cost by liter or gallon. Usually water is measured in cubic meters (cubic meter = 264.11 gal)

Severn Trent charge 108.77 pence per cubic metre of water (1000 litres)
They also charge a sewerage charge of 73.23 pence per cubic metre
The total cost per 1000 litres is therfore £1.82
11000 litres would therefore cost £20.02

does seven trent water have 11000 litres of water to sell and do you want tap water,or bottled water. You can always connect your rainwater pipes to water butts then you will have free water providing it rains in the next decade. You could also build your very own desalination plant but as seven trent have not done this yet i guess its quite expensive.Have you tried Poundland they seem to have everything this will give you a simple calculation but you will need several trips.
