In my opinion, I thought it sucked. If you haven't watched it yet, don't watch it, it's a waste of your money...

I agree.
Poor movie.
Poor acting, lousy plot. Poor cinematography as well.
No bright spot for me. Could be the first "action" movie that almost put me to sleep twice.
One to avoid.

I don't like colin ferrel. On hand I like Jamie Foxx, but the only good movie he has been in is Ray. That movie shealth sucked too. I'll see Miami Vice on DVD.

I loved the tv series in the eighties, now it is like a comedy 20 years laters, the actings, the clothes, the attitude.
The music in the tv series was wonderful and it is very interesting to see the cameos of famous people or actors that they became famous later like Julia Roberts or Leguizamos.
I don't watch to see the new one, I prefer the old one.

Wow, such negative reviews here. As a long time Vice fan from the tv series, I enjoyed the movie. It's as good as anything else out there right now except Pirates.
