I'm telling ya...STUPID TAX! I'm all for it. We can go with an idiot tax too, that sounds good. Id even pay it occasionally. I am not so conceited or deluded as to exclude myself from the occasional bout with idiocy and stupidity.

It's because we've lowered our standards of what's acceptable and what's not; Customer Service skills in this country are virtually non-existent! Once we raise the bar again, people will be forced to move with it!
