Born in usa, from mexican parents who have become residents.
I'm neither mexican nor American, and i say that because I'm kind of dumb and don't do any cultural activity that you would call American nor any that you would call Mexican. My spanish is bad my english is bad.. and i can't debate or talk like many americans do. Born in usa but i don't act, look, behave, whatever, like american... So if the minute men saw me, they would want me out because i'm quiet and ddon't stand out? I've heard Minute men say "you should learn the culture, and the language".. but what about personality? Are they trying to make us be diffenrent than we are? and if we are not, then they want us out too?

Minutement only want illegals out. If you're not an illegal, then you have nothing to worry about. And if you're an American citizen, and you still don't speak our language effectively, then that is laziness and disrespect on your part.

I don't think the issue today is really about keeping out Mexicans. It's that we have an open border and the whole world knows it and a lot of people would like to get in here and kill Us Americans you included. That's how I feel anyway. I have no problem with Mexicans. It's the thought that Osama Bin Laden might be in the next border crossing with a SAM!

If you live in the USA, you should learn to speak English. Regardless of who moves here from another country, and no matter what they speak, our language is still English. That does not mean you need to forget your parents' language. Learn both. If I moved to Mexico I would learn Spanish. It's arrogant and short-sighted not to learn a native language. I don't think many people are concerned about your personality. I think they wonder why you don't want to be a part of this country.
