I've got a 6-week holiday ahead of me but me and my friends are pretty skint. We've got enough for a few days out but we need ways to spend those long summer days that are fun and dont cost too much...

Sunbathe, swim, go for walks with friends. Pack a yummy picnic (bottle or 2 of wine) and have a day out with friends...there is lots of cheap things to do!!

Take a picnic to the beach. Go mountain biking in the forest. Take a load of outdoor games to the park.

This idea wont cost you anything but you'll get money from it, a bit of life experience and understand your parents better.
Get a job or volunteer somewhere

go swimming to a free place...
borrow a book from the library and read...
hold a garage sale...get some fast cash and probably meet interesting people...
just stroll around your neighbourhood/town/place/states and discover things you havent known before...
have a potluck party...people bring food...
have fun :)
if i have the time off and some money, i'd be flying off to NH to meet my sorta bf right now...hehe...
