i a 25 years old and go to a university. there is this bully in my class who takes my lunch money everday and then threatens that he will punch me if i tell on him to the dean of the university. I have to steal money from my mom's purse everyday so i can pay this guy, because i got fired from my job.. now im getting low grades and might have to drop out of college.. what should i do? help me.

Are you insane? You are 25 and let a bully steal your money?
You are stealing from your mom?
You must stop this nonsense immediately and go to the dean NOW. You will not graduate if you don't make the grade. You will have not much of a future if you do not graduate.
Tell anyone who you caught stealing or extorting money from you that you will definitely report immediately. Report immediately once any theft happens. No second thoughts.

I would tell the dean anyway. Let him know that this guy is threatening you and that you are afraid of him the dean will take care of it trust me.. carry a tape recorder and tape this guy so that you have proof of what he is doing. Hide your money and tell him that you don't have any for him today because you lost it or something. Just don't be afraid stand up for yourself be a man hit him back there is nothing wrong with self defense take a class that will help you in that manner..... At 25 years old, you should be reporting him to the campus police, not the dean. That's attempted assault, and theft.
You should be adult enough to know that. The dean can't do anytthing, but having the bully arrested, or charged with malicious threats, or robbery, just might. Go talk to your counselor and let them know. Then file the report.
IF you don't take steps to stop it, then you are as much at fault as the bully. You are old enough to stop it, you have to take the steps to do it.

Crawl right up the front of this idiot's shirt! I used to be picked on a LOT because I was the smallest one in my class all through school. One day I just decided not to take it anymore. I broke this kids nose because he used to harass me every single day. He came close to me one time too many and tried to grab me. I let loose and just knocked him right on his ***. From that on, him, or anyone else never bothered me again. People have to realize that peacefull solutions sometimes don't always work. Give that moron a taste of his own medicine and you will see what a coward he really is. I have two Daughters that I have taught this too. They both have had to stand up for themselves at school. Of course I was called in for a "meeting" with the principles at both schools to discuss my children's "uncontrollable behavior". I simply told the principle that if anyone else cares to mess with my kids then they will get the same thing. Period. End of story. They thought I was nuts. I don't care. Resolving issues through peace is allways perferable, but sometimes it just doesn't work. And anyone who thinks otherwise should get thier head out of the sand.

Your 25??? Wow....that's sad that people @ that age still bully in that form. Anyways, I'd file a police report for harassment and get a PPO against the guy. He'll get kicked out of school, not you.
