This may sound really werid to some people, but I really really REALLY need to know this. What is cybering? Lots of people ask me if I want to cyber on a chat site. I always say what is that, they laugh at me, and call me a stupid *****.

"Cybering" has come to mean having sex online, basically. I'm sorry if you are underaged and indeed this does happen, it's a big problem with young folk online without the proper parental guidance or any kind of preparation. Now all sorts of influence can come right into the house, and parents seem to be clueless as to the enormity of the problem.
You have to think, that person on the other side of the telephone or cable connection may not be who he or she says he is, he may not be as young or as handsome as made out to be. Therefore you have to be very careful when making dialogue, telling him who you are, where, what are your habits, etc. Please share this with your parents or a trusted uncle or grandparent, teacher, etc. These days, young people have an important role in educating their elders, as well as the traditional vice versa.

As far as I know, Cyber is a prefix stemming from cybernetics and loosely meaning through the use of a computer.
I had no idea that cybering was connected to sex or to talking dirty - you learn something new everyday.

Cybering or 'cyber-sex' came in with great innovations in communication such as chat clients like msn and yahoo - since the boom in popularity of online dating people have tried to break down the physical barriers associated with online relationships, cybering is basically 'cyber-sex' they want you to talk dirty to them and illustrate the actions you would perform in sex using words: (i.e: "takes off clothes" "rubs nipple" - "Moans") - which is kinda sad really - they may even want you to turn on the webcam and touch yourself so they can see you or make it more realistic for them and you - it is the equivalent of having sex over the internet - just like phone sex if you use a mic I guess - and watch out for perverted pedoz in chatrooms who are out to get young, naive and unexperienced girls like yourself to expose themselves over the internet and 'the next step' might be trying to get you to meet them - never meet a stranger - stay away from these chatrooms where people ask you to cyber - the only time it is safe if it is for fun with your 'boyfriend' who you know - I repeat NO STRANGERS or people you have never seen in person and met over the internet - it really is a big problem and old perverted men are still preying on girls like you to use - the more dirt they get on you, the more they can use you - stay away from these chatrooms or delete such contacts.

No no. youre not stupid. Cybering is something lame people do. It is when people pretend they are having sex online through typing and sending messages. It is so weeirddd. Like this is how it would go:
"hey you want to cyber?"
"yeah"
"okay so what are you wearing?"
"nothing. what about you?"
"okay so right now i am stroking your penis"
It is just soooo weird. Dont do it. It makes you seem lame and desperate. lol

It describes cyber sex-- when people use Instant message to chat t each other and describe what they would be doing sexually to the other person if they were there in real life.

Yes, cybering is engaging in cybersex.
Cybersex is when you roleplay out sex with another user by describing what you would be doing with them if you were having sex with them, and describing how you're reacting to them.
E.g.:
User A: I slip my hand under the straps of your top and slide them off your shoulders.
User B: As your hands run over my naked shoulders I gasp and run my fingers over your chest.
It gets more graphic, obviously.

Skizzors: as they say it is sex by computer. Do not get involved as the person on the other end, a 13 year old girl or boy will be in fact a dirty old man of 40 or 50. It is happening all the time. They will get you to say really bad things, blackmail you into taking photos of yourself, then further blackmail you into doing all sorts of nasty stuff. Keep well away from it and them.
