We are wanting to sell the business. What is the process of doing this? My uncle's living relatives are one sister & two brothers? What part goes to them? What part goed to my husband? Or does it all go to the state of WV?

you can only sell the liquor license,until the will is cleared up,the bar ain't yours!!

Your husband is not a blood relative. Assets are shared between blood relatives, brothers and sisters are entitled to a great deal here, if not all the assets.

YOU ONLY OWN THE LIQUOR LICENSE..... BLOOD RELATIVES COME FIRST.....BUT SINCE HE LEFT NO LEGAL DOCUMENTS.....GO TO A LAWYER JUST FOR A CONSULTATION.....

if there's no will, it automatically goes to the government I believe. ask a lawyer.
