Do i need to find the rest of the x and y co-ordinates, except those such as, the y-intercept, X-intercept, hortzontal and vertical asymptotes, the maxima and minima?

sounds very good to me. Make sure you examine the max/min for points of inflection.

Just be sure to double check whether the function is differentiable, continuous/discontinuous, has inflection points, cusps etc.
Otherwise the given details are good enough

Points of inflexion and be sure that some point at which function is not derivable is not max./min.
