Neopets players- how do I spin the Wheel of Excitement exactly on the hour so I can get 10k?

I know I have to spin it exactly on the hour, but what does that mean? Does that mean I have to click the button that says 'Spin spin spin the Wheel of Excitement' exactly on the hour? Or does it mean I have to calculate it to stop spinning exactly on the hour? I tried clicking the button at exactly 9:00 this morning, but I didn't get 10k! What am I doing wrong?

When it's 5:00 pm or am click spin spin spin the Wheel of Excitement ;It increases your chances of winning 10k

Ya, it needs to stop on the hour, plus Neopets may have a slightly different time than you, so that might affect it.
