they have supra... that car is nearly 10 years old and still cost 50 G, what do u think?

Well I think they will do OK,if Toyota didn't think they could be competitive and win they wouldn't bother with jumping into NASCAR.I do feel like the announced drivers who will be in Toyota's next year are pretty weak.Everyone knows that Toyota is going to throw a ton of money at those Toyota teams.Traditionally any time Toyota has entered a new racing series they do extremely
well.They have already been in the truck series figuring out this type of racing.If Toyota had a stronger group of drivers I would say look out for them,but as it stands now I still look for them to be decent anyway because of their money and resources.

The manufacturer on the hood of the car is irrelevant. NASCAR has so many restrictive rules on these teams that all of the cars are virtually identical. It's all in how many little "cheats" the team can get away with. Identical cars....I thought that was what IROC was for. Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, it doesn't really matter.....NASCAR is trying to make them all the same.

no i dont think they will kick butt only because pretty soon the car of tomorrow is comingand the cars will be identical, and the motors will not be backed by toyota supposedly so they will have the same chance as everyother manufacture out there

I predict that they will score a few top 10's maybe a top 5 but a win in the first season that's gonna be tough.Toyota's biggest problem is the two HAS BEEN drivers that are slated to drive the first cars (Mikey mr. napa waltrip and dale mr.ups Jarrett) neither one has done anything in years despite being on top teams (waltrip DEI and Jarrett ROBERT YATES RACING)

I DON'T THINK THEY WOULD GET INTO NASCAR TO LOSE IT'S PRETTY EXPENSIVE AN WOULD BE POOR ADVERTISEMENT FOR TOYOTA .

yes they will they are bringing a boatload of cash and will pay whatever it takes to win. plus they got two experienced drivers in dale jarrett and elliot sadler. they got one of the best spokesmen in racing with michael waltrip.
