well they are designed for viewing on the 1024x768 resolution format.. u must be using a 800x600 resolution... try changing the resolution to 1024x768 or higher..
on the desktop right click and select Properties. under the settings tab change the resolution to the desired one (the higher the better).

change the resolution on your computer from 800X600 to the 1024X768 setting... you can do this by going to your control panel, then to appearance and themes, then to display, then to settings. There you will see the color and resolution screen. All you have to do is slide the pointer from 800X600 to 1024X768. Voila~! Nearly all websites will fit now.
