Well at least Israel warns the people to get out and if they stay I believe that is their own fault. Now why wont hezbollah do the same thing? If Israel were to have a cease fire that wouldn't solve a thing, things would only get worse because hezbollah would only become larger and stronger! Why should anyone give into terrorists? This would have never happened if and only if Lebanon would have done what they said they were going to do in the first place in accordance with UN resolution 1559, dont you agree? Hezbollah uses high-density residential areas as launch pads for rockets and heavy-calibre weapons. They dress in civilian clothing so they can quickly disappear, the militants carrying automatic assault rifles and ride in on trucks mounted with cannons. What other country sustains 1,500 indiscriminate rocket attacks into its cities — every one designed to kill, maim and terrorize civilians — and is then vilified by the world when it tries to destroy the enemy's infrastructure and strongholds with precision-guided munitions that sometimes have the unintended but unavoidable consequence of collateral civilian death and suffering?
When the United States was attacked at Pearl Harbor, it did not respond with a parallel "proportionate" attack on a Japanese naval base. It launched a four-year campaign that killed millions of Japanese, reduced Tokyo, Hiroshima and Nagasaki to a cinder, and turned the Japanese home islands to rubble and ruin. Disproportionate? No. When one is wantonly attacked by an aggressor, one has every right — legal and moral — to carry the fight until the aggressor is disarmed and so disabled that it cannot threaten one's security again. That's what it took with Japan. Maybe you should get both sides of the story.

It's all very simple, and a long history.
Ever since Islam was invented or founded, about fourteen centuries ago, Muslims permitted non-Muslims -- including Jews and Christians -- to live in Muslim territory --
IF -- AND ONLY IF -- those non-Muslims accepted the Muslims as masters. AND they were forced to pay tribute (extra taxes) to the sheikh or imam.
The Non-Muslims were/are collectively known as "infidels", non-believers.
'Infidels' were forced to accept low-class status. They could not own property. If they built a house of worship (not readily permitted), it had to be LOWER than the mosque. If an 'infidel' and an Arab encountered each other on horseback, the 'infidel' was forced to dismount until the Arab passed.

But in 1948, they got a rude awakening. The Jews, descendents of the ancient Israelites, who were forced out of ancient Israel about 2,000 years ago, came back to lay claim to their ancestral territory, which was by then largely desert and swamp. The worst part of that, in the Arab mind, is that now the Jew, the so-called 'infidel', has a right to live on his own property WITHOUT PAYING TRIBUTE TO ANY ARAB POTENTATE. And THAT is far TOO MUCH for the Arabs to swallow. So they've been spending the past 58 years trying to push the Jews into the sea. And now the new self-proclaimed leaders of the Muslim world, Iran (non-Arab Muslims) and their puppets, Hezbollah, have taken it upon themselved the holy task of destroying Israel and the Jews, Christians and Muslims who live there. (It doesn't bother Hezbollah at all that their missiles killed Arabs in Israel.)
Will they succeed? Well, according to prophecy, those Muslims will bite the dust, beaten by the Roman (Christian) forces.

Kate what land are you talking about? This is Hezbollah, not Hamas, which is a different situation. Lebanonese are not fighting Israel for land.

Understanding? Between the Lebanese and the Israelies? There is an understanding there, Southern Lebanon is in control of Hezbollah and Israel seeks to eliminate the terrorist theat that is on their border. Israel is fighting Hezbollah which is hiding among the civilian population so Israel has to engage them in this "villages" which is really Hezbollah strongholds. Hezbollah fires these Katusha rockets which are filled with ball bearing designed to kill and main as many people as possible. You don't hear about as many Israeli causalities because 1.5 million Israelies are currently hiding in bomb shelters. Hezbollah meanwhiles threatenes to unleash even bigger weapons to kill more Isareli civilians.

Until Hezbollah is disarmed and removed from Lebanon, Israel and Lebanon cannot co-exist peacefully. It is impossible for Israel to reach an agreement with a terrorist organziation whose Charter states the destruction of Israel, meaning also the death of every Jewish person there.

Conclusion: There will be no peace between Lebanon and Israel as long as Lebanon is unable or is not willing to remove Hezbollah from Israel's border.

each variety, think of approximately it, even in secular words with out asserting the bible i will answer this one there is an ole asserting that Adversity if the mum of invention, war to illustrate is usually a foul element, yet look on the advances we made n war, Medicnes and technologies, I advise incredibly ? we would have by no ability are becoming this a techniques if it weren't for our being at each and each others throats ? as for ailments? those rigidity us to think of, attempt to inspire us to overcome, reasons us to develop in expertise, retains us from being too complacent. From a Biblical Christian attitude ? i think of that the respond is two-fold. One, finally, no person is harmless. All have sinned and fallen in need of the honor of God (Rom. 3:23) and are with the aid of nature babies of wrath (Eph. 2:3). there is none harmless. although this is biblically precise, it does not fulfill the question emotionally. Why do little babies go through for issues they have not finished? i ought to nicely known that i don't be responsive to. finally, we ought to believe God who is conscious the beginning up from the tip and sees the grand photograph. he will have the suited be conscious and he would be vindicated. in end ? suffering is the effect of human sin. the worldwide isn't the way that God created it and due to that, all are susceptible to the effects of sin in the worldwide. Why does one individual go through and yet another does not? Why do catastrophes happen to a pair and to no longer others? this is with the aid of fact sin is in the worldwide. yet there'll come an afternoon whilst the Lord will return and cleanse this worldwide of all sin and all suffering. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there'll be not extra demise, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be from now on discomfort: for the former issues are kicked the bucket," (Rev. 21:4).

TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH... THE ISRALIS HAVE KILLED SO MANY INNOCENT CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AND HEZBALLAH WHEN HE DOES ATTACK ISRAEL HE ATTACKS WHERE THERE IS ONLY SOLDIERS NOT WHERE THERE IS FAMILY. IF THE ISRAELIS STOP THEN IT WOULD ALL STOP. BUT YOU SEE THEY ARE KILLING CHILDREN THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WAR. IF THEY WANTED TO KILL HEZBALLAH THEN KILL HEZBALLAH NOT EVERY BODY IN THE COUNTRY.
