There is,
Not just when you ar pregnant either - but following a meditterean diet is great. Eat a variety of beans (chick peas w/ rice and lemon is great). Eat at least 4 almonds a day. Soak them in water overnight and the next day peel the skin and eat them that way (this is also good when you are trying to conceive. I eat 6 a day. Stay away from as much salt and sugar as you can, this will only make you swollen and therefore more miserable. Remember, that meat especially in the U.S. is pumped w/ hormones - so honestly - I would try to avoid big portions of it. The more natural, the better. Frozen Boca meals are not that much better - Stay away from processed foods. This is why the meditarrian diet is so wonderful.

After years and years of being told what not to eat when pregnant, and nothing really giving me a good food plan - Ensure finally came out with a really good product.
It's called Healthy Mom - and they're shakes & snack bars. The company gave me a really good menu planner, all easy to prepare meals, and suitable for the family to eat. The shakes are the extra snacks that a pregnant woman needs to get through the day. Even has the total calorie intake on it. If you call the company, I'm sure they can send you one. But here's the website:

No, dieting during pregnancy can be dangerous. You can deprive your baby of nutrients that s/he needs. I suggest mild exercise such as walking and eating sensible...eat lots of fruits and veggies and take your vitamin. Believe me I know how you feel. This is my second pregnancy and I'm already a lot heavier to begin with then I was with my first. I wish I could diet and even lose some weight but the health of my baby is more important. I try to keep busy and eat only when I'm hungry but also to eat healthy things like fruit and veggies for snacks and have fairly well balanced diets. It will help you better if you try to take small steps now to stay healthy and it will be easier after the baby comes to lose weight and get back to normal quicker. Best of luck to you!

your not supposed to diet while you are pregnant! The baby needs the food but just watch what you eat. Eat a variety of healthy fruits and vegetables whole grains and lean meats make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins too cause if ya dont ya may get some wierd cravings for non food items for instance i was low in iron and i kid you not I was craving dirt! Dirt looked so yummy to me lol the doctors told me I was not wierd it was normal because my iron was very low. Just eat healthy stay away from alot of junk foods Hope everything goes well for you babies are such a blessing

Yes, there is. Be sure that you consume no empty calories. Empty calories are foods that contain no nutrition. Some examples would be chips, sodas, candy.
If you eat lean meats, fresh vegetables and plenty of water, low-fat dairy foods such as 2 percent milk and low-fat yogurt, you will control your weight gain while ensuring that your baby is getting the nutrients he or she needs. Be sure to get some physical activity every day, walking, swimming, etc., and you will have a healthy, happy pregnancy.
Just stay away from junk food, and you'll be fine.

Since cellulite is a structural issue (muscle) it can be fixed with simple and unique body movements which target the cellulite areas. These types of moves can be followed by any woman, regardless of her age or fitness level. And it doesn?t matter if the cellulite started in the early teen years, or after pregnancy, or after menopause, it?s still a structural issue that results from soft, un-toned muscles underneath the saggy, dimpled, shadowy skin. As a medical researcher I don't really recommend phony lotions, painful treatments, crazy skin-brushing, useless body-wrapping or toxin-Flushing pill-scams. Check out this site if you want to know more about how to treat cellulite http://nocellulite.toptips.org

I was keeping to following rules: 1)eat twice as healthier food instead of eating for 2; 2) eat as little as possible "garbage" food, i.e. fast food, different kind of sausages, cakes, candies, snacks i.e. the food which gives no use for the health, 3) every day have fresh vegetables, fruit, berries (preferably not from the supermarket, but grown at a known place, so I am sure it's with minimum chemicals), 4) every day eat something rich in iron, i.e. boiled beetroot, red low fat meat (f.e.veel), fresh spinach.
