I personally think that many women are better at running companys than many men,they seem to get the best out of people.The pay should be equal !

Am in favour of equality ev'rywhere. If a woman is good enough to hold the same position as a man, then the pay shd be as good.

There already is gender equality. But what there isn't in many places, from what I have read on here and experienced in life, is equality, period. What I mean by that is that the way that one person is treated is not necessarily the way that another person is treated. And people really don't know what to do about it sometimes.
For example, if Jane says that Mary slammed her pen down, it doesn't mean that she did it. But b/c Jane put that idea in her boss's head and Jane is more respected of a person for some reason than Mary is, then Jane's gossip will be listened to and her word will be truth. That is inequality.

I don't know if women are better at running a company than men(I think it depends on what type of company it is). But I do think they should get the same pay for the same job.

Of COURSE I think Women and Men should have equal pay, and the women should NOT have to "make the men coffee". I do think, though that if women are going to be in the workplace, that they should have to "cover up". It's good business policy.

i totally agree that women should be treated equally in the work place in this day and age. it's disgraceful that the should receive lower pay than their male counterparts, i run a small business employing 11 men. my line manager is a woman and i have no complaints about her people skills whatsoever, her motivational skills are outstanding and she is paid accordingly. all we ask is that she do us all a quick striptease at lunch time, buy the lunches, biscuits etc, clean the staff tea room(washing up etc) do everyones laundry, and provide me with "extras" after the work force has gone home. equality, i'm all for it me

as the saying goes "if you want something said get a man, if you want something done get a woman". and i am a guy, but women are prob better than men. they should get equal pay and they should be running all these top companies, men just **** about, women will get the job done and do it right.

Yes I totally agree with what you say. Women are much better at multitasking and organisation. So long as they keep doing the cooking and cleaning and darn the men's socks they should be on equal pay.
Only joking, they don't have to darn the socks!

Too right.Am not sure about women being better bosses i think that depends on the individual and their man managment skills.But defo the pay should be the same

yes it should look at the tennis for example britain was the only country not to pay equal money for male and female winners sexist or wot
