This involves 1 dead chicken and a can of strong lager.
Wash the bird and pop the can. Have a quick taste of the lager to check its not gone off.
Now insert the whole can upwards into the Chickens big hole and stand upright on the BBQ.
As well as looking awesome/funny/sick (delete as applicable) the lager boiling and steaming the chicken from the inside and the obligatory burning on the outside has made this one of our summer rituals. And not one case of serious food poisoning yet
(after the novelty factor has worn off, a little tin foil hat does help with the cooking)
Oh the tin foil hat goes on the chicken............ unless your Mad Garry. But we tend not to invite him anymore...........esp after his "last turkey in the shop" exhibition last year.............

No but you do need a ICE COLD BEER to go along with the chicken and ribs, I will being some potatoe salad and corn on the cob..What kind of bottle would you like I would prefer Jack.

Better than that? Yep - My DAD'S secret recipe chicken & ribs off the BBQ. They are to DIE for! Don't know why he didn't open up a restaurant when he was younger...

YES RIBS and CHICKEN ON THE GRILL IS THE BEST ALMOST ANYTHING MADE ON THE GRILL IS BETTER THAN ON THE STOVE . SQUATTERS RIGHT DIFFER IN EACH STATE ,BUT , IN PA., IF YOU ARE ON THE PROPERTY FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS IT'S YOURS .
