That song is from an old movie called Parasmani. A more famous song from that movie is Hasta hua noorani chera ( its played in Hum aapke hain koun). The actors of the movie are unknow, but the music is fabulous. It was the first movie for which Laxmikant-Pyarelal scored the music. The cassettes n cds of this movie are available pretty easily...
